Season Pass Renewal
Season Pass Renewals are now through the App!
Avoid the processing lines by reactivating your Season Pass card on our account manager app! The app is FREE to use and can manage multiple family members’ Season Passes in one profile. Also, app users will have a VIRTUAL Season Pass card they can use in place of the physical Season Pass card. Never worry about forgetting your card again! Below are step by step instructions for setting up the app and renewing your Season Pass for another summer of family fun!
Is Renewal My Best Option?
- Do you have your most recent Season Pass Card? If YES- Go ahead and Renew! If no – Purchase as a new Season Pass HERE
- Does the pass holder still look closely like the photo on their card? If YES- Go ahead and Renew! If no – Purchase as a new Season Pass HERE
- The still photo looks exactly like my child, but they are now over 48″ tall. Can I renew their card? – YES, simply select their new height category from the recharge options in the app.
- But wait, if I must purchase as a new Season Pass is it a different price? All pricing is the same for new Season Passes and Renewals.

Get the App!
- Go to the App in the link below
- Set up your FREE account
- Select +Add Season Pass or Wally Card
- Allow camera access and take photo of Season Pass card barcode (use phone or webcam to scan)
- Select Back
- Select a Season Pass to be renewed from My Accounts page (you may renew one pass at a time)
- Select Recharge/Renew account to renew.

Welcome Back!
- Login to the App
- Select the Season Pass you wish to renew from the My Accounts page (you may renew one pass at a time)
- Select Recharge/Renew account & purchase!
But wait! What if I my child is now above 48″ tall? No worries – Just select the renewal option for their new 48″ and over height category!
