When placing an order, the purchaser will be asked to provide their contact and billing information. Ensure this information is entered as accurately as possible.

Once you complete your purchase, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided in the Billing Information field. Select the “View Tickets” button at the bottom of the email to display the Season Pass tickets. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk or promotions inboxes.

This year, we’ve added the option to download a Season Pass Holiday Printable for a pretty way to present your gift! Simply go to the Download Printable button above these FAQs and print at home. Alternately, you may forward the confirmation email or send the URL to the passes to deliver your gift.

Confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided in the Billing Information field of the online order only.

Email addresses provided in the Season Pass Holder Information section will not receive a confirmation email or be notified a Season Pass has been purchased in their name. Be sure to include your recipient’s correct email address (if you know it) in the Additional Information portion of the purchase form so that the recipient gets timely reminders about special events (Season Pass Photo Days, Bring-a-Buddy Days, etc.) delivered to their inbox in 2025!

No worries! If you are unsure of email addresses, phone numbers, etc. for the Season Pass Holders, simply enter your own information in those fields. We can update this information when the Season Pass Holder visits to have their photo taken.

It’s tricky to renew a Season Pass if you want it to be a surprise, because you’ll need to know the ID number on the physical card. To keep the surprise, purchase your Season Pass online or in person as a ‘New Season Pass.’ There is no price difference in purchasing as a renewal vs. a new Season Pass.

If you don’t know whether your gift recipient is over 48 inches, just make your best guess when purchasing. When the recipient goes to get their photo taken and process their pass, a Waldameer Team Member will check their height and modify the pass if needed. If you underestimated, the staff will let them know of the price difference that they will need to pay. If you overestimated, the overpayment amount will be placed on a Wally Card for them to use at any time.

Yes. Our Park Office open Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm for in-person Season Pass purchases (Closed November 28-29th). Be sure to park in the West (Rainbow Gardens) parking lot off West Lake Road. The Park Office is located by the Cookie House in Kiddieland.
