Additional Fees/Services

The services of two uniformed security officers are required in Rainbow Gardens for events with alcoholic beverages present. They are scheduled for 1/2 hour before the event through 1/2 after the events closes. Four uniformed officers are required for school dances. Waldameer will arrange for security and the event host will be billed directly.

There is no charge for setup during setup/decoration time (see Decorations & Set-Up section below). A $75 per hour fee will be charged for setting up outside of decoration time or more than one hour prior to the event start time.

Use of kitchen space requires an additional fee of $200. Kitchen includes commercial ovens, stovetops, three dishwashing sinks, reach in freezer, and walk-in cooler.

$125 additional fee for groups who serve alcoholic beverages to attendees.

$75 per box, per show. Each Electrical Box contains 28 breakers & electrical cords w/outlets able to cover 70’ of double booth space on the wood floor.

Upon request, our large mirror/disco ball at the center of the ballroom can be illuminated. $50 flat applied fee for groups utilizing our mirror ball.
Decoration Policy
The Rainbow Garden Decorating Policies are designed for the overall safety of your guests and protection of the event space. Event hosts must follow the policy below, and inform suppliers, florists, caterers, DJs, and bands of this policy.
- Decorations must be colorfast and fireproof.
- Open flames (including candles) are prohibited.
- Decorations must be self-supporting.
- No staples, nails, screws, tacks, etc may be used.
- Walls and floors may not be marred with paints, grease, sprays, etc.
